To cancel your Relaid subscription, you can call 888-885-8548 or text 832-810-8800. Please note that you must have authority over the payment method used. If you cancel within 24 hours after the start of your subscription and your purchase was made between Monday and Thursday, you will receive a full refund of your first payment. You can also modify the term of your subscription within a limited time window of three days. However, the modified terms must be of equal or lesser value, and the amount of your last payment will be applied towards your modified terms. If you turn off recurring billing, your subscription will not renew at the end of its term and you can continue to use the paid service until it expires. After the expiration date, your subscription will return to basic functionality until it is upgraded again.
